As a Nassau-based photo and video team, we've captured more than 25 weddings across Grand Hyatt, Rosewood and SLS Baha Mar. We arrive already knowing the spots, the light and the backup plans, so you can be fully present while we make sure nothing is missed.

BAHA BAY LAWN
Open, green and wide, Baha Bay lawn is one of our favourite ceremony and portrait spots at Baha Mar. It gives room for beautiful wide shots of your guests and setting, and it's an easy place to move from ceremony to portraits without losing time.
THE ROSEWOOD GARDEN LAWN
Just outside Rosewood Baha Mar, the garden lawn is lush, quiet and private-feeling. It's perfect for intimate ceremonies and for couple portraits that feel calm and timeless.
RAIN PLAN: THE SLS BAHA MAR LOUNGE
Island weather can change quickly, so we always have a backup. Our go-to is a nook inside SLS Baha Mar with white curtains and soft furnishings. The curtains diffuse the daylight into soft, flattering light, so your portraits look just as beautiful if the sky doesn't cooperate.

Can we bring our own photographer and videographer to Baha Mar?
Yes. We've photographed and filmed more than 25 Baha Mar weddings as an independent Bahamas-based team. Your Baha Mar wedding coordinator will confirm vendor details for your date, and we coordinate directly with them.
Is there an extra vendor fee for using Playback Media at Baha Mar?
No. There's no vendor fee. The price in your package is what you pay for our coverage.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
We plan for it. We know indoor spots across Baha Mar that photograph beautifully, and our favourite is a softly lit nook inside SLS with white curtains.
Which Baha Mar resorts do you cover?
All three: Grand Hyatt, Rosewood and SLS Baha Mar, plus the lawns, beaches and event spaces between them.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 9–12 months ahead. Baha Mar is a popular venue and peak-season dates go quickly. A 50% retainer secures your date.
